Starting Adver in 2022 wasn't just about launching another marketing company—it was about declaring war on an industry that preys on small businesses. Will has seen it all: agencies delivering cookie-cutter campaigns, charging premium prices for basic work, and abandoning clients the moment their retainer runs out.

‍The breaking point? Watching genuine entrepreneurs struggle to afford marketing while agencies get rich delivering mediocre results. Armed with a Bachelor of Business (Entrepreneurship & Marketing) from RMIT Melbourne and experience helping everyone from startups to large corporations like the Victorian Racing Club, Will decided to flip the script entirely.
